How much do you charge?
It depends. Madden Law does offer the option of either pay by the hour or a flat-rate. The amount will depend on the type of case you have and the length of time it will take to resolve. If you decide to do pay by the hour, rates start as low as $250 an hour.
Madden Law is more than happy to give you a quote. All you need to do is either call/text (917) 318-4067 OR email TMadden@MaddenLawNY.com with the type of case (Family, Criminal, Traffic), what county the case will take place in and a little background information about the case. We will give you a quote within 24 hours of your request.
Do you offer a payment plan?
Yes! Madden Law knows how important it is for you to have expert representation in any case in which life unexpectedly throws your way. We do not want anyone going unrepresented simply because they cannot afford a private attorney. Therefore we offer the option of payment plans that work for you.
Will I ever receive
a surprise bill?
No! All fees will be reviewed with you upfront. Doing so ensures that you will never receive a surprise bill from my services.
Do I have to pay for my consultation?
No! Madden Law offers a free consultation. It is so important that you meet us before making any decisions about whether or not to hire us, and it is fair to charge you for determining we fit your needs.
Can I do my consultation over phone/skype/zoom?
Sure. We understand that everyone is busy and cannot always take the time to come into our office to meet, but they still want top-quality representation. We believe it is best to meet in person but can accommodate you if you wish to do your consultation via the phone/Skype/Zoom.
Do you practice law outside Nassau County?
Yes! I accept cases from the five boroughs and Suffolk County.
